Federal Hill Case Study

   This complete renovation of a penthouse condo in Federal Hill required a lot of planning.  The condo was located on the roof of a four story building and the only access was through the newly renovated main lobby of the building.  Significant measures were taken every day to protect the lobby floor including floor mats, drop cloths, and 1/4 plywood.  Elevator pads were put up every day and all tenants were notified when there would be days with a lot of noise.  The street had to be closed on multiple occasions so that large materials could be craned to the roof top.  At the end of each day the lobby, hall, and elevator had to be vacuumed and formally cleaned.  The 2500 (sq.) ft. renovation was completed in 10 months and the lobby is as beautiful as the day we started the renovation.
